Working Hours: 19:00 PM 07:00 AM, 4 days on, 4 days off

Hyperion Partners is proud to partner with a prestigious residential development in Central London to recruit a Night Concierge. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, customer-focused individual to join an exclusive team providing exceptional service to residents of one of the most sought-after addresses in the city.

As the Night Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth running of the building throughout the night. You will be the first point of contact for residents, offering assistance with a range of requests and ensuring the highest standards of security, maintenance, and guest services are met during the night-time hours.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Security & Safety: Monitoring the building s security systems, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring the safety of all residents and visitors.
• Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for any resident or guest requests, resolving issues efficiently and with discretion.
• Maintenance Coordination: Identifying any building-related issues and liaising with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
• Concierge Services: Assisting with late-night bookings, deliveries, reservations, and other bespoke services that enhance the residents' experience.
• Building Presentation: Ensuring all communal areas are maintained to the highest standards throughout the night.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Experience: Proven experience in a concierge, security, or customer-facing role within a luxury environment, preferably within residential or hospitality settings.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to engage with residents, contractors, and external visitors in a courteous, clear, and professional manner.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to resolving any issues that may arise during the night.
• Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of privacy in a luxury residential environment.
