The Role – Brand Marketing and Social Media Manager

This is a highly autonomous role with responsibility for brand development and marketing of both the motorcycle workshop and venue divisions. You’ll be building our national profile and capitalising on visitors, content, premises and our ethos, driving more traffic to the venue, increasing our revenue across all areas. Although not an exhaustive list, some of the key things you will be accountable for include:

  • Building on our existing brand profile
  • Driving customer engagement
  • Developing our social media platforms and creating a content calendar
  • Copywriting, creating static and dynamic content
  • Developing and delivering our direct marketing strategy
  • Identifying and developing creative collaborations

Our Requirements – Brand Marketing and Social Media Manager

  • Demonstrable experience of scaling up a commercial brand and social media marketing
  • Superb copywriting skills and creative thinking
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and results driven
  • Highly IT literate and social media savvy including with Instagram and Facebook
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to take ownership of work using initiative
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Superb interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility with days and hours worked

Although not essential, design skills plus photography and/or drone skills, would be highly advantageous.

The Package

As the Brand Marketing and Social Media Manager, you’ll be working at our offices in Holywell (Flintshire, North Wales) although you will have the option to partly work from home if preferred.

  • Salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 with the starting level based on experience
  • Pension

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is available with working hours, although due to the nature of the role flexibility will be needed from you to meet business needs as they arise – so sometimes you’ll be required to work evenings and weekends.
