Are you either a Head Chef looking for more creative freedom and control, or perhaps a Sous Chef looking to step up and take ownership of your own kitchen?

If you think you have what it takes to develop and shape our newly refurbished café bistro at The Wilson Museum and Art Gallery, and you’d thrive in an environment where all food is locally sourced, has a story, and is freshly prepared onsite, then look no further…

Our Organisation

The Cheltenham Trust is an independent charity that manages five iconic venues at the heart of Cheltenham including the Pittville Pump Room, Cheltenham Town Hall, Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Leisure at Cheltenham, and the Prince of Wales Stadium.

Following an exciting refurbishment and re-design, Cheltenham’s leading cultural hub The Wilson Museum and Art Gallery will include a vibrant new arts café for the local community and visitors to Cheltenham.

Although we have exciting plans, each team member means a lot to us, and some of our Chefs have been with us for many years. We strive to grow together, we truly value and care about our team, and we offer excellent training development programmes whilst encouraging work-life balance as part of a supportive team culture.
